# Everything you want to know about Launchible

Answers to the questions we hear most — from beta users, prospects, and everyone asking "wait, what exactly is this?"

## Understanding Launchible

What is Launchible? Launchible is a GTM Operating System that gives B2B teams a single, integrated system for planning, executing, and measuring product launches. It replaces the disconnected mix of project management tools, spreadsheets, and shared docs that most GTM teams use today — and the manual coordination that holds them together — with six integrated Hubs that share a single source of truth across Product, Audience, Competitors, Pricing, Launch, and Sales Assets.

Who is Launchible built for? Launchible is built for senior product marketing and GTM leaders at small to mid-size B2B companies who are responsible for making product launches drive revenue, not just ship on time. If you own the launch and you're the one explaining why pipeline didn't follow the announcement, Launchible was built for you.

What problem does Launchible solve? Launchible closes the Launch Gap — the structural distance between what Product delivers and what Sales can actually sell. Most launch failures aren't caused by bad products or bad people. They're caused by a system that was never designed to keep positioning, audience intelligence, competitive context, pricing, and sales readiness in sync across the teams that need them.

How is Launchible different from a project management tool? Project management tools track whether work got done. Launchible tracks whether the launch worked — and tells you what will prevent it from working before it does. The distinction is outcomes versus activities. A task marked complete is not evidence that a launch is ready. Launchible measures readiness against outcomes, not checklists.

What is the Launchible GTM Framework™? The Launchible GTM Framework™ is the methodology behind the GTM Operating System — the intellectual model that defines what a product launch actually requires, in what sequence, and why. It was developed over two decades of consulting, advising, and training GTM teams, and field-tested across hundreds of B2B product launches. The framework covers twelve interconnected disciplines: Organize, Success Metrics, ICP, Audience Segments, Competitors, Messaging, Packaging, Pricing, Plan, Prepare, Accelerate, and Improve. The six Hubs in Launchible are the operationalization of that framework — the software that makes the methodology run continuously, not just something a team learns and applies manually once. The framework is the why. The operating system is the how.

## The 6 Hubs

What are the 6 Hubs? The 6 Hubs are the integrated disciplines that make up the Launchible GTM Operating System: Product, Audience, Competitors, Pricing, Launch, and Sales Assets. Each Hub owns a critical layer of your launch. Every Hub shares a single source of truth — so what changes in one is immediately observed across all.

Why are the Hubs integrated rather than separate modules? Integration means a change in one Hub is immediately reflected across all others — no manual updates, no version drift, no team becoming the integration layer. Most launch tools are built around tasks that exist in isolation. Launchible is built around the reality that a pricing change affects your sales assets, your competitive positioning affects your messaging, and your audience definition affects everything. The Hubs are integrated because launches are integrated.

What is the difference between the Launch Hub and the other Hubs? The Launch Hub is where execution meets accountability — milestones, owners, readiness criteria, and the evidence that each has been met. Success Metrics are defined here before the launch begins, so the team knows what it's trying to prove, not just what it's trying to ship. The other five Hubs are the strategic foundations the Launch Hub draws from. A launch can only be as ready as the Hubs feeding it: if Audience is stale or Pricing is misaligned, the Launch Hub will surface that risk before the date arrives.

## Outcomes & Metrics

How does Launchible measure launch success? Launchible measures launch success against outcomes defined before the launch begins, not activities completed during it. Success Metrics are defined in the Launch Hub — specific, observable evidence that the launch did what it was supposed to do. Pipeline from target segments, competitive win rate, field asset utilization — not task completion percentages.

Can Launchible tell me if my launch is at risk before it happens? Yes. Launchible is designed to surface what will prevent a launch from working before it does — not report on what went wrong after. When something in the system is at risk of creating a downstream problem, Launchible makes it visible so the team can act on it while there's still time.

What is Readiness Theater™ and how does Launchible prevent it? Readiness Theater is the pattern of performing launch readiness without evidence — checking boxes, running reviews, and declaring readiness based on activity rather than proof. Launchible prevents it by requiring observable evidence at every readiness gate, not self-reported status. The question Launchible asks isn't "did you do the work?" It's "what would you observe if it worked?"

How do I know if my product launch is actually ready — or just feels ready? The difference is evidence. A launch that feels ready has completed tasks and passed reviews. A launch that is ready has observable proof — sales can articulate the positioning, the competitive response is prepared, the target segment is defined and reachable, and success metrics are set before the date arrives. Launchible is built around that distinction: every readiness gate requires evidence, not status updates.

## Getting Started

How do I get access to Launchible? Launchible is currently in beta. You can [request access to the beta](https://www.launchible.app/beta?hsLang=en) at launchible.app and we'll be in touch as we expand access. Beta users get direct access to Dave and the founding team during onboarding.

What does the onboarding experience look like? Beta users are onboarded with a guided walkthrough of the 6 Hubs using their own launch data — not a demo environment with placeholder content. Launchible's value is only legible when it's populated with your positioning, your audience, your competitive context. Onboarding is designed to get you there quickly.

Is there a free tier? Yes. Launchible's free tier includes one concurrent launch with unlimited users. The upgrade trigger is a second concurrent launch — when your team is running more than one launch at a time, that's when the operating system pays for itself.

What happened to Ignition GTM? Ignition GTM was acquired by Klue in September 2025 and shut down as a standalone product on September 30, 2025. The acquisition included Ignition's technology but none of its employees — Klue is folding the IP into its competitive intelligence products, not continuing Ignition GTM as a launch management platform. Teams that relied on haveignition.com for launch management were left without a direct replacement. If you're looking for what Ignition GTM was built to do, Launchible was designed to fill exactly that gap.

I was using Ignition GTM. Is Launchible a replacement? Yes. [Ignition GTM](https://www.launchible.app/blog/ignition-gtm-shut-down?hsLang=en) understood what a launch is supposed to do — and it did it well. Its acquisition by Klue leaves a real gap, and most of what's being positioned as a replacement wasn't built for launch management. Launchible was. The difference is that Launchible connects your launch work to revenue outcomes — not just organizing the work, but measuring whether it moved the number. If you're evaluating your options, [read how Launchible compares to Ignition GTM](https://www.launchible.app/ignition-alternative?hsLang=en). Ignition-displaced teams g[et priority access to the beta](https://www.launchible.app/beta?hsLang=en).

## Pricing

How is Launchible priced? Launchible is priced per concurrent launch, not per seat. The free tier includes one concurrent launch with unlimited users. Paid plans unlock additional concurrent launches and premium content. Full pricing details will be available at launch.

Why is Launchible priced per concurrent launch rather than per seat? Per-seat pricing penalizes you for including the people who need to be in the room. A launch requires alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership — seat-based pricing creates an incentive to exclude people from the system, which defeats the purpose of a GTM Operating System. Per-concurrent-launch pricing aligns cost with value: you pay for the launches you're running, not the people running them.

Public Beta

## The public beta is open.

We're running a public beta for a limited number of teams. Every beta customer gets direct access during onboarding. Request your spot and we'll be in touch personally.
