Privacy Policy

We collect what we need to talk to you, run the beta, and send you the writing you asked for. We don't sell your information.

Effective date: 9/30/2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Launchible LLC ("Launchible," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit launchible.app, subscribe to The Launch Gap, or request a spot in the Launchible public beta.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Public beta requests: first name, last name, work email, company name, company size, your role, and your answer to "What's your biggest challenge with product launches right now?"
  • The Launch Gap subscriptions: first name, email address, and your email frequency preference.
  • Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data: pages you visit, how you arrived (including referral and campaign tags such as utm_source), approximate location based on IP address, and browser and device type.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see section 5.

2. How we use information

  • To review beta requests and contact you personally about the beta.
  • To send The Launch Gap and related emails you subscribed to.
  • To understand which channels bring people to Launchible and improve the site and our content.
  • To protect the site and forms from spam and abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3. Legal bases (visitors in the EU/EEA and UK)

Where these laws apply, we process your information based on your consent (for example, subscribing to email); our legitimate interests in responding to requests you send us and in running and improving our site; and compliance with legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share information with

We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of it:

  • HubSpot: website hosting, forms, contact records, and email delivery.
  • Google: reCAPTCHA spam protection and Google Analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to keep the site working, understand how visitors use it, and measure which content and channels are effective. HubSpot sets cookies to recognize returning visitors and connect form submissions to site activity. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure site traffic.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through our cookie consent banner. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

6. Email preferences

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and a link to manage your preferences. You can also email hello@launchible.app and we'll remove you. Personal replies about your beta request are not marketing emails; tell us if you'd like us to stop.

7. How long we keep information

We keep beta request and subscriber information for as long as it's needed for the purposes above (generally while you remain subscribed, or while the beta and any resulting customer relationship continue) and delete or anonymize it when it's no longer needed, unless we're required by law to keep it longer.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent.

California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

To make a request, email hello@launchible.app. We'll respond within the time required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. International transfers

Launchible is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as our providers' standard contractual clauses) for transfers from the EU/EEA and UK.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including relying on established providers with strong security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Children

Launchible is built for professionals. The site is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

12. The Launchible product

This policy covers launchible.app and our email communications. Use of the Launchible platform during the beta may be covered by separate terms that we'll provide when you're onboarded.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we'll let subscribers know by email.
